Let’s Smash some Fat, Calories and Stress in this 5 Minute Cardio Kickboxing workout. Do this workout for 10 Days and start seeing your body lose fat and Tone up (do it Twice if you want to burn some major calories) This is a quick fun workout that will leave you feeling STRONG and Sweaty! All while toning your entire body.
To get the Best Fat Loss Results do this video in combination with healthy nutrition (not fad diets) and some of my other Cardio, HIIT, Weightlifting, or Toning workouts. Remember consistency is key. You don’t have to be perfect just keep on pushing forward and seeking progress over perfection.

2. Cardio/ HIIT/ Weightlifting
3. Do workouts and exercises that target specific Muscle Groups that you want to improve strengthen. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I believe in consistency over time and lifestyle change not crazy diets or over exercising. Move your body more and eating healthy/nutritious foods (most of the time 😊) to have to a more balanced life that contributes to being healthier physically and mentally.
