Workout Sets: Do each exercise for 40 Seconds with 10 Seconds Rest in between. Complete the Circuit below 2 times.
1. Windshield Wipers- 40 Seconds
2. Side Plank Reach Throughs (Right Side)- 40 Seconds
3. Side Plank Reach Throughs (Left Side)- 40 Seconds
4. Rainbows (Left Leg)- 40 Seconds
5. Rainbows (Right Leg)- 40 Seconds
6. Butt Flutter Kicks- 40 Seconds
7. Fire Hydrant Kicks (Left Leg)- 40 Seconds
8. Fire Hydrant Kicks (Right Leg)- 40 Seconds
9. Table Top Glute Bridge- 40 Seconds

To get the best results please do this video in combination with healthy nutrition (not fad diets) and some of my Cardio, HIIT, Weightlifting workouts. Remember consistency is key. You don’t have to be perfect just keep on pushing forward and seeking progress over perfection.

2. Cardio/ HIIT/ Weightlifting
3. Do workouts and exercises that target specific Muscle Groups that you want to improve strengthen. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I believe in consistency over time and lifestyle change not crazy diets or over exercising. Move your body more and eating healthy/nutritious foods (most of the time 😊) to have to a more balanced life that contributes to being healthier physically and mentally.
