This workout is all about getting that toned arms and abs at home! This workout requires you to have a dumbbell, but you are welcome to do it without. Most of the exercises are compound and will thus target both your arms and abs at the same time. We are going to shape your arms and your abs and give them some serious definition!

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets
