You want to torch major calories and burn fat at the same time? We will be doing that in this 30 minute Burn Body Fat HIIT Workout. Each exercise will focus on burning fat and calories while toning up the entire body.

The number of calories you’ll burn from this 30 minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.). The GREAT thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours AFTER you complete it. You can use a heard monitor to determine just how many calories you burn! Let me know where your at in the comments below. This workout is great for people of ALL Fitness Levels. There are modifications for every intense exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can’t do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you’re having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications until you’re ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

3. Do workouts and exercises that target specific Muscle Groups that you want to improve strengthen. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I believe in consistency over time and lifestyle change not crazy diets or over exercising. Move your body more and eating healthy/nutritious foods (most of the time 😊) to have to a more balanced life that contributes to being healthier physically and mentally.
