Your body unless its something like sugar or caffeine junk food typically craves what it needs. Start trying to find healthier substitutes for the unhealthy most common things you eat. For me? This was kettle corn. Sugar covered popcorn! Yum! …Until I got 6 cavities in a matter of months oops. Find a substitute it doesnt even need to be a co.nsidered a healthy veggie or fruit or super food substitute it just need to be healthier! Thats progress. Over time you can wor.k on finding the healthit substitute for your favorite bad snack but for now baby steps. So I substituted kettle corn for salsa flavored sun ships. Healthy? Errr not really if you ask a nutritionist. Healthier? Definitely. Especially for my teeth. Step 4 Know Your Healthy Foods. Remember, seriously, healthy food doesnt have to taste bad.
