The plank is such a great exercise as it works a lot of muscle groups at once! This means you are burning more calories in less time. It is awesome for building a strong core and getting those flat, toned abs at home! In 5 minutes we are going to be burning those abs! You will also feel your upper body working. This workout is thus also great for toning your arms and upper body. We are doing 8 different plank exercises to ensure we are working all sides of the abs! No equipment needed for this workout.
