Pilates HIIT has all the great benefits of lengthening and toning your body with a HIIT style format. Pilates has always been my go to workout to lengthen and sculpt my body and it has done wonders.
Workout: Complete Circuit below 3 times with 20 Seconds in between each Circuit.
1. Downward Dog to Cobra- 40 Seconds
2. Oblique Twist and Reach- 40 Seconds
3. Plank w/Leg Pulses- 40 Seconds
4. Letter T- 40 Seconds

To get the best results please do this video in combination with healthy nutrition (not fad diets) and some of my Cardio, HIIT, Weightlifting workouts. Remember consistency is key. You don’t have to be perfect just keep on pushing forward and seeking progress over perfection.
