Piña Colada Fat Burning Smoothie
Serves 1
10-12 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (preferably homemade)
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
pinch of sea salt

1. Blend and serve!
