I tried Frank medrano’s Killer fat burning workout – bodyweight only


I tried Frank Medrano’s bodyweight workout and it was doable but surprisingly difficult for only 7 minutes. This H.I.I.T. fat burning workout was fun but some of the workouts were things that i’ve never done before and sometimes complex. If i did this again i would definitely have to practice these workouts because i definitely didn’t do them perfect this time.
