Full Body Dumbbell Home Workout for Beginners is meant to help assist with your goal to Burn Fat and Sculpt Muscle.

This tutorial is a series of movements emphasizing pacing, form and mind muscle connection using a light to moderate weight dumbbells.

I tried to create full instructions and breakdowns to help explain and illustrate the movements with some possible alternatives to use if necessary in the beginning of your journey.

The idea is that if you can perform these Full Body Home workout videos with at least 30% of the intensity which is complete 1 of 3 rounds per video minimum or 3 of 10 videos/episodes while having comprehension of the instructions to remain safe and injury free; your consistency and improved conditioning will help you reach your personal goals. And eventually you will be able to complete 100% of every series and even scale them for greater difficulty.

The purpose of these combinations are to help improve muscular endurance, build muscles, burn fat, as well tighten and tone the body, but most importantly help you focus and condition the mind.

When done properly in conjunction with proper nutrition these series are meant to help you understand resistance training, establish a foundation of movements which can be scaled and intensified as your abilities, strength and mindset grow and develop.
