FAT Burning Flat Abs and Lower Body Tone workout #shorts


This Fat Burning workout focuses on getting Flat Abs and to Tone the Lower Body. What a tight defined body this workout will help you do just that. This is a 10 day Challenge. To tone up even quicker. Commit to doing it for 10 days straight and let me know if the comments how it went.
Below is the Workout:
Complete this circuit 3 times with 30 seconds rest in between each Circuit.
1. Single Leg Kneeling Squat/Left: 40 Sec
2. Single Leg Kneeling Squat/Right: 40 Sec
3. Close Stance Squat: 40 Sec
4. Front Arm Raise w/Side Leg Lift/Left: 40 Sec
5. Front Arm Raise w/Side Leg Lift/Right: 40 Sec
6. Tricep Dips: 40 Sec
7. Toe Taps
8. Knee Kick Backs/Left: 40 Sec
9. Knee Kick Backs/Right: 40 Sec

To get the best results please do this video in combination with healthy nutrition (not fad diets) and some of my other Cardio, HIIT, Weightlifting workouts. Remember consistency is key. You don’t have to be perfect just keep on pushing forward and seeking progress over perfection.
