In this FAT BURNER Full Body HIIT Cardio Workout you will feel the fat burning one exercises at a time. Only 10 minutes you will be sweating and feeling good.
Workout Routine Outlined Below: (you can use a medium set of dumbbells’, if you don’t have them use water bottles)
Complete the Circuit below 2 times with 30 second rest in between

2. Plank to Lunge Pull Back: 1min
3. Running High Knees 2 sec hold: 1min
4. Bent Over Toe Touch: 1min
5. Weighted Swimmer Crunch: 1min
