A quick and intense workout to grow your booty faster at home. I understand many Indian girls feel shy performing some of the booty exercises at the gym (trust me, I was one of them). You can perform this quick workout at home without any equipment and still get good results.

I have designed this workout to target all areas of the glutes to give that peachy look. This workout also helps you strengthen your legs & build endurance. The number of calories you’ll burn from this 10-minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.).
