Ramadan Fat loss Workouts for beginners. These Ramadan workouts for fat loss are for MEN and WOMEN who are looking to lose weight in Ramadan and maximize the health benefits of Intermittent Fasting!

During this month of Ramadan Get ready to WORKOUT WITH ME! These at home workouts are simple but effective. Perfect for maintaining muscle mass and burning fat in Ramadan!

Ideally you want to start these workouts 45 mins before the Iftar. However, you can do these workouts at any time of the day, or even after Iftar.

These are Total Body Fat Burning Workouts that are designed to help you build strength and maintain muscle mass!

We will also be covering one stretch every day to help us cool down and improve in our flexibility and mobility!

Day 18 At Home Fat loss Workout (15-20 min)

*Take 30 second breaks between sets and a 1 minute break between exercises*

1. Pendulum Swings: 3 Sets, 25 reps
2. Eccentric Pause Pushups: 3 sets, 8 reps
3. Leg Climb: 3 sets, 12 reps
4. Goblet Squat: 3 sets, 10-12
5. Kneeling Plate Press: 3 sets, 15 reps

Stretch: Hip Flexor Stretch
