Hey there, I’m the Modern Fit Girl, and today I am leading a 20-minute Sweaty HIIT Workout that is designed to give you a full body burn. The best part? You can do this workout right in the comfort of your own home, and you won’t need any fancy equipment. So grab a towel and get ready to work up a sweat!
Warm Up
First things first, we need to warm up those muscles before we jump into the workout. Start by marching in place for a couple of minutes to get your blood flowing. Don’t forget to swing your arms and engage your core. Follow it up with a few sets of jumping jacks to really get your heart rate up.
The Sweaty HIIT Workout
Now that we’re all warmed up, it’s time to dive into the Sweaty HIIT Workout. This workout consists of a series of high-intensity exercises that will target your entire body. We’ll be performing each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10-second break in between. Remember, if you need to take longer breaks, feel free to do so. This workout is all about enjoying the process without any judgement.
-
Push-Up Jacks:
Start in a push-up position and lower your body down. As you push yourself up, jump both feet out to the sides, just like a jumping jack. Repeat this movement for 30 seconds. -
Squat Jumps:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body into a squat position, making sure your knees stay in line with your toes. From the squat position, explode upwards and jump as high as you can. Land softly back into the squat position and repeat. -
Mountain Climbers:
Get into a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Draw one knee towards your chest and then quickly switch to the other knee. Keep alternating knees as fast as possible for 30 seconds. -
Plank Jacks:
Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders. Jump both feet out wide like a jumping jack, then jump them back in. Repeat this movement, making sure to engage your core.
Cool Down
Congratulations, you made it through the Sweaty HIIT Workout! Now, let’s cool down and stretch those muscles. Take a few minutes to perform some gentle stretches, focusing on your arms, legs, and back. Don’t forget to take deep breaths and relax your body.
