- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes.
- Lower your hips back down and repeat for a total of 10 reps.

- Get down on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Lift your left leg out to the side, keeping your knee bent.
- Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
- Do 10 reps on each side.

Donkey Kicks:
- Begin on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Kick your left leg back, keeping it bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
- Perform 10 reps on each side.

- Lie on your back with your legs extended.
- Lift your right leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight, while lowering your left leg towards the floor.
- Switch legs in a scissor motion, keeping your core engaged.
- Repeat this motion for a total of 10 reps on each leg.

Rainbow Butt Lifts:
- Start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Lift your right leg up towards the ceiling, then move it in a rainbow arc to the left side.
- Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
- Aim for 10 reps on each side.
