This is a follow along 30 minute bodyweight only workout that has a focus on the lower body. It will help you become stronger, burn fat and build lean muscle through simple but effective exercises.
Each exercise style is performed for 15 reps with a 30 second rest in between and a 60 second rest halfway through the workout. For a total of 150 full body workout repetitions.
Equipment recommended – just a mat.
Each exercise has a foundation of burpees. This is because burpees are considered one of the most highly effective full body exercises. They work every muscle group from head to toe in one repetition. This workout will provide both cardio and strength weight training. As well as endurance and mental discipline training.
1. JUMP LUNGE BURPEES
2. SIDE KICKS TO THE RIGHT BURPEES
3. SIDE KICK TO THE LEFT BURPEES
4. EXPLOSIVE FRONT KICK BURPEES
5. ONE LEGGED BURPEES WITH ONE LEGGED HOP
6. TUCK JUMP BURPEES
7. AIR SQUAT BURPEES
8. DONKEY KICK BURPEES
9. STAR JUMP BURPEES
10. REGULAR BURPEES

Here are a few key points for this workout:
● If the push-up gets to be too much at any point, just replace it with a high plank.
● If the jump gets to be too much at any point, just replace it with a rise to standing position or an air squat.
● This same video will be repeated halfway through the first 300 Challenge session.
This strength workout is a super workout to progress in weight over time! It will increase muscle in the glutes, shoulders, biceps, abdominal and core muscles, quadriceps, hamstrings, back, etc.
And don’t forget, even though this may be a hard fitness program, you are stronger than you think! Push through, get sweaty, and believe in yourself!
