Hey guys, welcome to today’s 20 Min Abs & Cardio HIIT Workout To Lose Belly Fat ❤

This workout has a good mix of cardio and abs exercises. It is high intensity and in just 20 min you can burn up to 300 calories. This workout is great if you are trying to lose weight around the belly area whilst also strengthening your abs and core. This workout is going to get your heart rate up and get your abs burning!

The structure for this workout:
– 6 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x3 SETS
– 45s rest between sets

If you want to lose weight in your whole body then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week. This will enhance fat burning process dramatically, it is one of the best ways to burn body fat! Here is a link to my HIIT & CARDIO workouts.
