This workout is all about the lower body. It is a no jumping ( low impact) workout that will tone and tighten your legs and booty. It is a medium intensity workout that focuses on strength and endurance to get you that strong and toned lower body. Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets


If you want to lose weight in your whole body then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week.
