This 15 min LOWER ABS WORKOUT is fully focused on working those lower abdominal muscles to tighten and strengthen the lower abs. This workout is a bit more intense than my normal ab workouts, I found it hard to do, but so much better reason to push through the burn, knowing you are not alone 😁 This workout is really going to help you to get that strong abs and toned ab muscles! Do this workout at home, no equipment needed!

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets
Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out.
