This 15 min full body workout is designed for TOTAL BEGINNERS who want to tone and shape their full body. We are doing mostly compound movement to help you get stronger, build lean muscle and will allow your body to burn energy for hours afterwards. This workout has no jumping, perfect for those who haven’t exercised in a while. Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets
If you want to lose weight in your whole body then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week.
