Hey guys, welcome to today’s 15 min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home ❤

This 15 min full body dumbbell workout will target every muscle group to get you that toned, well rounded body. We are doing mostly compound movement to help you get stronger, build lean muscle and will allow your body to burn energy for hours afterwards. This is a lower intensity workout that will help you to lose weight and get toned. Do this workout at home, with or without dumbbells.

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets


If you want to lose weight in your whole body then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week.
