Squeeze your glutes with every repetition. Focus on your booty and try to feel the burn in every movement!

Keep your hips square to the ground with every single exercise of this workout. Try to keep your back steady, so the movement is done by activation of your butt muscles. Don’t ‘swing’ your leg up and down, but control the movement by using the strength of your glutes.

If you need a break during this workout, take it! It’s better to take a break and then continue the exercises with proper form, than to push through while letting go of your good posture. Also, improving towards being able to get through this workout in one take, is the best feeling ever! (in my opinion).
